  • Day 1:  Clonegal to Tinahely 

  • Day 2 Tinahely to Iron Bridge

  • Day 3 Iron Bridge to Glenmalure

  • Day 4 Glenmalure to Glendalough 

  • Day 5 Glendalough to Oldbridge

  • Day 6  Oldbridge to Glencree

  • Day 7 Glencree  to Marley park

Clonegal

Clonegal is a small village located in County Carlow. It is situated on the banks of the River Derry, near the Wicklow Mountains and the Blackstairs Mountains.

Tinahely is a picturesque village located in County Wicklow. It is situated in the eastern part of the county, it has become one of the most visited villages along the Wicklow way due  being surrounded by rolling hills, lush forests, and winding rivers, which offer opportunities for hiking, cycling, and fishing

Oldbridge

What Oldbridge lacks by way of village services is more than compensated for by it’s strategic position on the Wicklow Way and its offering of two magnificent accommodation options, one right on the route and the other in a location which more than makes up for the extra couple of “off-trail” kilometres needed to reach it, less than would otherwise be involved in reaching Roundwood Village.
